Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs. No local connection required. 2 spaces allocated to young people with a history of offending behaviour.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders, arsonists.

How to get a referral
All referrals are from SHIP.
Contact SHIP Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
2 staff available 9am-6.30pm Mon-Fri. Keywork system, monthly meetings. Support and development plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around education, employment, emotional needs and interpersonal skills.

Residents pay own gas, electricity and water bills.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own room and garden only. Tenancy agreement.
At any time. Overnight guests allowed with staff permission.
