Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-24 who have been accepted as homeless and in priority need by LB Hammersmith & Fulham. Target 50% women, 20% lesbians and gay men, 50% people from black and minority ethnic groups.
Who we cannot help
People convicted of sex offences or those who have committed arson in the past 2 years.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept referrals from LB Hammersmith & Fulham PATHS team.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form completed by applicant and agency prior to interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans based on resident's perception of their goals and problems, reviewed every month. Staff provide support around education, employment, emotional needs and interpersonal skills. Referrals to counselling services and other external agencies. Access to a wide range of activities eg sports, art.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in support programme/house meetings. Licence agreement.
Visitors
Guests are allowed between 5pm and 9pm for residents that are NEET (not in education and/or employment) from Monday to Friday and between 12pm and 9pm for maximum of 5hrs for residents that are EET (in education and/or employment) from Monday to Friday.
