Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or in housing need and who are engaged in employment, training or education. Must have independent living skills and a City of Westminster connection.
Who we cannot help
Those not committed to education or work or anyone needing a high level of support that cannot be met by the project.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Westminster Young Persons' Pathway.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to check if waiting list is open. Anyone who meets selection criteria will be interviewed.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
10 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with monthly keywork sessions or more frequently if needed. Action plans with agreed outcomes and risk assessments, reviewed monthly. Residents are expected to be in work, education/training, or to be actively seeking work or training. Residents have access to Centrepoint's learning team.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own room only. Must be committed to education, training or employment and attend "Lifewise" course. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Up to 2 visitors during daytime. 1 overnight guest allowed up to 3 nights per week.
Holborn/Covent Garden tubes - 10 mins walk. Buses 1, 6, 9, 13, 15, 17, 23, 68, 91, 168.
