Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Shropshire.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for arson, sex offences, violent crime or serious anti-social behaviour are unlikely to be accepted, though considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 10am-6pm. Interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of ID, references from previous landlords and police check for previous convictions.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-10pm. One to one sessions held weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Staff provide support around daily living skills, access to training, employment and finances.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Must participate in support sessions and engage with external agencies if applicable. Licence agreement.
In communal area during working hours. No overnight guests.
Bus stop - 2 minutes walk.
