Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with support needs. No local connection required. Must be willing to engage with help back into education, training or employment.
Who we cannot help
Generally, will not accept arsonists. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, call in at Bridge House or write for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency before interview. Need proof of ID (birth certificate, passport, national insurance card) and any additional documentation.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 1 part time staff. Support staff available Mon, Tues 9:00-17:30. Wed, Thurs 09:00-17:00. Fri 09:00-16:30. Compulsory keywork system (4 residents per keyworker), weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Staff provide support with social and life skills, budgeting, employment, training and education, health and wellbeing. Specialised course run by outside provider.

£19.49pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support and attend residents' meetings. No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Equitable licence for 16?18 year olds, assured shorthold tenancy for over 18s.
With prior approval. Overnight guests (no under 18s) on occasion with staff permission.
Sheerness train station - 3 minutes walk.
