Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low-medium support needs. Must have a local connection to the area and be registered with Broxbourne Council Housing Needs Section.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and chronic drug abusers.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency. All applicants must be registered with Broxbourne Council Housing Needs Section.
Phone any time for application form, completed by referral agency and applicant prior to interview. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 8 part time staff, available daily. Keywork system (4 residents per key worker), weekly-monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, benefits, drug and health awareness, access to education and training services. Regular residents' meetings.

£11.33pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory residents' meetings. No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-10.45pm. No overnight guests.
Theobalds Street and Cheshunt train stations - 30 mins walk. Bus stop opposite.
