Support and accommodation
Each resident who comes to Caritas Anchor House is allocated a Lifestyle Architect. Working with their Lifestyle Architect and using the Outcomes Star – a tool used across the homelessness sector to access where each individual is on their journey to independent living – residents explore different areas of their lives and set meaningful, personal goals. The reasons for an individual’s homelessness are addressed and solutions created to ensure they don’t become homeless again. Caritas Anchor House offers in-house and works with partner agencies to provide support in areas relating to substance misuse; mental health; wellbeing; education, training and employment; financial management; independent living.
