Single homeless people, including those with mental health and other low support needs. Priority to people with a local connection.

People with high support needs.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri during office hours. Applicants meet manager, interview and visit the project.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
1 full time managers, 3 part time staff. Help with benefit claims, finding future accommodation, letter writing and making contact with other agencies.

£17.92pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Smoking not allowed. Tenants must abide by house rules.
Must leave premises by 9pm
Ifield train station - 20 minutes walk. Bus stop 10 minutes walk.
