Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.
Who we cannot help
People with convictions for sexual abuse or arson.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Under 18s can only be referred by Peterborough City Council Housing Needs.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 3 months
Support and accommodation
4 full time and 9 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system (4-8 residents per keyworker), weekly keywork meetings. Staff offer advice on welfare benefits, living skills, health, training, debt and alcohol and drug misuse.

£16.97pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, including washbasins and fridges.
- Disabled facilities: One ensuite room is accessible to wheelchair users.

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking only allowed in designated areas. Licence agreement.
Parents and professionals only. No overnight guests.
Peterborough train and bus stations - 15 minutes walk.
