Arsonists, Schedule 1 offenders, people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, including Peterborough Housing Needs. Many referrals are from the Nene Project, New Haven, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Time Stop and NASS.
Write, phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID and background information. May request references. See further information regarding applicants undergoing drug treatment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 full time, 1 part time support staff available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system, meetings held every six months. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Provide general advice, help with living skills, support around employment or training and liaison with external welfare agencies.

£20.08pw for residents in receipt of full benefit

- Disabled facilities: 1 flat fully adapted for wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage with support offered. Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy.
Until 12 midnight, maximum of 2 per resident. Overnight guests allowed 3 nights per week.
Peterborough train and bus stations - 3 miles. Bus 6.
