Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with low to medium support needs around independent living. No local connection required. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Centre 33 and 18 plus.
Write, phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Interview. Risk assessment. Require proof of income or eligibility for housing benefit. All applications considered by Cambridge Joint Allocations Panel.

Support and accommodation
4 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (4 residents per keyworker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer emotional support, help with career choices and training, advice on budgeting and other practical living skills. Links with other agencies.

£10.53 per week required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage with support. No alcohol allowed. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Overnight guests allowed up to three nights per week.
Cambridge train station - 10 minutes walk.
