Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs around independent living. No local connection required. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Email or phone for an application form. Applications will be considered when a room becomes available. Suitable applicants will be invited for an assessment and offers will be made by the Allocations Panel

Support and accommodation

Support offered

4 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (4 residents per key worker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff offer emotional support, help with career choices and training, advice on budgeting and other

Personal charge is between £10.52 and £255.70 per week, depending on Housing Benefit entitlement.

House rules and tenure

Licence agreement. Residents must engage with support. No smoking, alcohol or drugs.


Overnight guests allowed at staff discretion up to three nights per week, if they have provided ID and signed in at the office.
