Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Priority to applicants with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from Fenland Joint Allocation Panel. Or clients are self refer via application which can be found on CHS Group website under Supported Projects.
Phone, call in daily 7am-9pm or write. Prospective resident and agency complete application form prior to interview. Require proof of ID and background information from involved agencies, including YOS and probation reports.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 Months
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff on-site daily in daytime and evening, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (5 residents per key worker) with weekly/fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Staff offer support around a range of issues, including independent living skills, including budgeting, access to training, help with family relationships and substance misuse problems.
