Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Male or female 18 plus with complex needs ranging from offending behaviour, substance mis-use, homeless, mental or physical health problems. Referrals are assessed on a needs and locality basis. Tier 1 - Local connection to East Lancashire Tier 2 – Local connection to the whole of Lancashire (excluding Blackpool and Blackburn) Tier 3 – The whole of the UK including Blackpool and Blackburn.
Who we cannot help
Each individual will be assessed on a risk and need basis.

How to get a referral
Referrals are made via your local housing needs department so locality connection can be assessed.
A referral can be made anytime via your local housing needs department at your local council. A referral form is required to be completed fully.

Support and accommodation
8 full time key-workers, along with 2 weekend key-workers, 1 Health and Wellbeing Officer and 4 Night Concierge staff. The project is staffed 24/7. Key-work sessions are held as often as necessary dependant on need. A minimum of 1 session per week. Support offered is what is deemed necessary ranging from benefits, GP, mental health referral, dentist, counselling referral, substance misuse support and referrals, harm reduction, life skills, housing and move on.
Rooms and charges
Top up charge of £8.54 per week.

- Other facilities: Communal kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, quiet room, court yard, IT suite, training room, one to one rooms.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Licence agreement. Residents allocated a key-worker. Compulsory to engage with key-worker sessions, attend a minimum of 2 hours per week of in house activities, engage with substance misuse service if applicable & display willingness to change. Not allowed to use substances, consume alcohol & smoke.
Visitors are allowed with prior arrangements at designated times in the communal area, no visitors under the age of 18 years. No over night guests permitted.
Bus and train route and town centre all within 5 minute walking distance.
