Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people and vulnerable people with support needs, aged 16-25. Must have a Walsall connection unless escaping from domestic violence.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Civic Centre.
Application form. 2 interviews. Risk assessment. Request proof of ID for benefit claim and background information from agencies working with applicant.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff provide on site weekday cover, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Compulsory keywork system (approximately 5 residents per worker) with signed support plans and agreed outcomes. Keywork meetings held at least monthly to address health, finances, education, training, benefits, employment and housing needs.

£11.20pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Bedsits and flats furnished, with ensuite facilities.
- Disabled facilities: Communal toilet adapted for wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Maximum two at a time per resident. One overnight guest per resident allowed up to 3 times a week.
