Who do we help?
Homeless people, including those with a range of support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Camden-based agencies with whom we have a signed Service Level Agreement only.
Phone to check vacancy details. If there is a vacancy, the referring agency is required to fill out a Guest Referral form on behalf of their client. If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 28 nights
Support and accommodation
Minimum of 5 volunteers each evening shift. Waking cover with 2 volunteers overnight. Welfare team offers keywork to help guests open a bank account, secure ID, access health care and help find employment and appropriate move-on. Close links with local services and other appropriate external support agencies.

There is no charge for the accommodation.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on premises. No smoking inside church buildings. Must register with welfare team. All referrals need to accept C4WS ethos and terms of stay. Anti-social behaviour not tolerated.
