Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single people who are homeless, vulnerable or isolated with support needs, including ex-offenders, people with learning disabilities and those with drug, alcohol and mental health issues.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applicants with arrears from previous stay must clear at least half arrears before admission.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from the Probation Service. Many other referrals come from hospitals, Social Services, drug and alcohol agencies and local housing authorities.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require psychiatric reports and any other relevant information.

Support and accommodation
Staff available Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, flexible. Emergency on-call system. Keywork system (8-11 residents per keyworker), keywork meetings weekly, reviewed every 3 months or as needed. Staff visit daily to provide support with independent living skills, benefits, and access to education and employment.

£6-£34.50pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Encouraged to attend residents' meetings. Rules for alcohol vary in different houses. Licence agreement or assured shorthold tenancy.
