Assessment of priority need under the Housing Act. Temporary accommodation for those assessed as in priority need - with dependent children, pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability, at risk from violence, or with mental health issues. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people. Out of hours phone 0115 917 3838.
