Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 18+ in the London Borough of Bromley. Help is provided to access accommodation in the homes of local householders who have a spare room.

How to get a referral
Please telephone or email to make an appointment with one of our team.
Please note LATCH offers supported housing in local households. We do not offer an emergency service. An interview appointment is followed by a risk assessment and all being well, the application process will take a minimum of two weeks as this is dependent on the availability of Hosts and rooms in households.

Clients will be placed in a family home, with housing benefit being paid to the host family as rent.
