Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Priority to people with a local connection to the area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via South Gloucestershire Housing Department.
Application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: no minimum
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff based on-site, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff provide support around independent living skills.

£5.48pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms have basic furniture. White goods in communal area.
- Disabled facilities: Bedsit is accessible to wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own rooms and outside area only. Licence agreement.
9am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-6pm Fri-Sun. 1 or 2 overnight guests per week at manager's discretion.
Bus 43 from city centre - bus stop 5 minutes walk.
