Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 who are deemed to be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless to whom Hambleton District Council has a statutory duty of care. Must be willing to receive support.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists and anyone who poses a direct risk to others.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 1 part time staff. On-site support provided 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm Sat & Sun, staff on call daily 6pm-8am. Keywork system, at least weekly meetings. Action plans, reviewed quarterly or as required. Staff provide support around life skills, education, training, health and wellbeing, and moving residents successfully back into the community.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in any communal areas. Smoking in own room/bathroom only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Can stay overnight.
