How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Brighton and Hove Council.
Call in or phone Brighton and Hove Council's Housing Advice team, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Weds 1pm-4.30pm.

Support and accommodation
3 full time staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly meetings. Staff provide assistance with completing forms, benefits claims, independent living skills, emotional support and referrals to outside agencies.

£16.37pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: White goods, carpets and curtains only provided.
- Disabled facilities: One flat designed for a person with physical disabilities.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage in programme of support. Smoking and alcohol allowed in own rooms and outside area only. 6 month shorthold tenancy.
No time restrictions. Specific policy on child visitors.
