How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Brighton and Hove Council.
Call in or phone Brighton and Hove Council's HA Team Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 9am-4.30pm, Weds 1pm-4.30pm. If space at hostel will be referred. Interview process at hostel.

Support and accommodation
14 full-time and 6 part-time staff, 24hr waking cover. Keyworker system with meetings as needed. Provide support around budgeting, benefits, forms, cooking, life skills and personal issues, substance misuse.

£14pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork meetings. Alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room or garden. Licence agreement with houses and assured shorthold licences for studio flats.
