How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Brighton and Hove Council.
Referrals are only accepted via Brighton and Hove Council's Housing Advice team, open Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri 9am-4.30pm, Weds 1pm-4.30pm.

Support and accommodation
3 full-time staff available Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm, emergency on-call system. Keyworker system, with fortnightly meetings. Staff provide assistance with completing forms, benefits claims, independent living skills, emotional support and referrals to outside agencies.

£17.86pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: White goods, carpets and curtains provided.
- Disabled facilities: 4 flats specifically designed for people with disabilities.

Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Shorthold agreement.
No time restrictions. Specific policy on child visitors.
