Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with complex needs, including those with alcohol or drug problems and people with mental health problems. Must have a local connection to Brighton or Hove (living in the area for 6 of the previous 12 months, or 3 of the last 5 years).
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

- Maximum age accepted: 65
How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Rough Sleepers Street Services Team, tel 01273 293324.
Only accept referrals from BHCC supported housing panel – see contact details above.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff, 2 part time staff, 6 relief workers, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system, with weekly or fortnightly meetings. Staff provide support, informal counselling, benefits advice, life skills and referrals to other agencies.
Rooms and charges
£33pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Full wheelchair access. Handrails, adapted showers and toilets. Induction loop.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Between 10am-9pm. Male visitors are allowed in women's rooms but not communal women's lounge.
