Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 who are homeless or in housing need, including ex-offenders and people with mental health problems. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of violent or abusive behaviour, or arson. People unable to cope with the level of support offered by the project.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in at Routes Mon-Fri 9.30am-4.30pm for application form. Require proof of ID and 2 risk assessment references from agency or employer.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 2 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 2pm-6pm, night security staff, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support with living skills, including budgeting, welfare advice, health, access to education, employment and training.

£7.77-£11.05pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 2 studio apartments are available for people with disabilities.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in training. No alcohol or smoking allowed in communal areas. Licence agreement (bedsits) or assured shorthold tenancy (flat).
Maximum 2 at a time per resident 8am-10pm. 1 overnight guest a week per resident.
