Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low support needs. Local connection required. Applicants must be willing to engage in employment or training or attend courses on life skills.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri during office hours to arrange interview. Require 2 proofs of ID, proof of income and 2 references and interview.

Support and accommodation
10 full time and 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per keyworker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Staff provide support around independent living, life skills, employment and move on. Residents not working or attending a college course must attend the in-house training programmes.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in resident's own flat or bedsit, not in communal areas. Licence agreement.
When residents not training. Overnight guests with staff permission (maximum 3 stays per week).
Chester train station - 20 mins walk. Bus station - 10 mins walk.
