Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people including rough sleepers. Can accept those with mental health and/or substance misuse support needs. Priority to those with a LB Waltham Forest connection.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from London Street Rescue or Homeless Persons Unit at the LB Waltham Forest Council and others.
Phone 9am-4pm or write. Application form, completed by applicant. Interview. Require proof of identification eg benefit book, passport. Must be eligible for housing benefit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
12 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (2-3 residents per keyworker) with meetings at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff assess residents' needs, provide support and make referrals to relevant agencies eg health services and meaningful occupation opportunities.

£20pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
