Single homeless men aged 18-65. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
May not accept those with a history of violence or other issues presenting a risk.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in or phone 24 hours daily. Can move in immediately if there is a vacancy and referral is appropriate. All residents must be in receipt of benefits and eligible to claim housing benefit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 4 months
Support and accommodation
24 hour sleep-in cover. Compulsory keywork meetings 3 times a week, weekly house meeting. Staff signpost residents to services appropriate to their needs. Weekly house meetings. Day trips and social events. Residents may attend first part of weekly management meetings.

£35.38pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Between 12 noon-4pm, in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
Bradford Interchange train and bus station - 20 minutes walk. Buses 662, 623.
