Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people aged 18-60 in need of support, including those with mental health problems, recovering from substance misuse, and ex-offenders. Those with a local connection to Bournemouth are prioritised, those without local connection will need to speak to Bournemouth street services on 01202 315962.
Who we cannot help
People with serious sex offences, convictions for arson, and people posing a risk of harm to themselves or others.

How to get a referral
All referrals must go through Bournemouth Homeless Hub.
Phone or call in at Hub Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Require proof of identity. Application form and interview. May require further information, eg probation or psychiatric reports.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
15 full time, 2 part time staff, 24 hour cover. Key worker system. Staff provides general advice and information, assistance with living skills, counselling, training and employment. Needs assessment and support planning.

£31.20pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises, no illegal drugs to be used on or off the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement, drug testing, must engage with key worker at least once a week. Excluded licence agreement for up to 6 months.
Between 9am-11pm. No overnight guests.
Bournemouth train station - 15 minutes walk.
