Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with medium-high support needs. Must have a local connection to Poole.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Poole Pathways Social Services.
Referral via Poole Pathways route.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staffed 24/7 with waking and sleep-in night cover. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 4 weeks. Support offered around life skills, maintaining a tenancy.

£5.37pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork meetings. Licence agreement with conditions of residence.
Up to 11.30pm. No overnight guests.
