Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including substance misuse and ex-offenders. Priority given to people with a local connection to Weymouth& Portland and West Dorset District Council.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from local authority housing advice, The Lantern, drug and alcohol agencies, CMHT, prison, probation and police.
Application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. May require additional information.

Support and accommodation
7 full time staff, sleep in cover. Compulsory keywork system (5 residents per keyworker), fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. 24 hour a day support helpline. Staff provide support with living skills and signposting to other agencies for access to employment and training.

£35.03pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room only. Licence agreement.
In communal areas, not during meal times. No overnight guests.
Weymouth train station - 1 minute walk.
