Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people, including people with drug/alcohol problems or mental health problems. Applicants must have a local connection to Bournemouth, unless fleeing from violence or otherwise vulnerable.
Who we cannot help
People with significant violent or aggressive behaviour, or a recent or significant history of arson.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals via Bournemouth Borough Council's homeless pathway.
If a vacancy arises, assessment arranged via link meetings with Council homeless pathway.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 6 months
Support and accommodation
2 full time, 1 part time staff, volunteers and student placements. Keyworker system, weekly/fortnightly keywork meetings. Staff offer advice on benefits, employment, training, life skills and referrals to other agencies. In-house training in budgeting and cooking.

£34.37pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasins. Some have showers.
- Disabled facilities: Two rooms are accessible to wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room and garden only. Licence agreement.
Between 9am-9pm in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
Buses 3, 4, 5, 6. Train station - 3 minutes walk.
