Who do we help?
Single homeless men and women with support needs, those rough sleeping are prioritised. A local connection is required. Can accept couples and dogs.
Who we cannot help
All residents assessed individually. Would not accept people who may present too high a risk to themselves, other residents or staff.

How to get a referral
Referrals via the local Street Homeless Outreach Team (SHOT) and other agencies.
Eastern Hub referral form to be completed and sent to the SHOT. The prospective residents housing and support needs are assessed during a pre interview. If they meet the criteria they are placed on the waiting list.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 9 months
Support and accommodation
9 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system providing an intensive support service and a programme of recovery based activities.

£17.15pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with ensuite facilities.

- Disabled facilities: 1 ground floor room with adapted bathroom is accessible to wheelchair users.
- Other facilities: Communal lounge with TV, courtyard, laundry facilities and computer access

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed in building. Must attend keywork. Daily licence agreement.
Bus station - 10 minutes walk. Exeter St Davids train station - 20 minutes walk.
