Who do we help?
Homeless people with low level mental health concerns (depressions, anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress etc), must have a formal diagnosis and be in receipt of treatment. Must have a local connection to Devon County Council area.
Who we cannot help

How to get a referral
Usually via any mental health, drug/alcohol or homeless service in Devon.
Referrals made via Eastern Hub Homeless Assessment Form. Need evidence of mental health diagnosis, and evidence of engagement with drug/alcohol services if appropriate.

Support and accommodation
Project usually staffed 7 days a week by one or two support workers who work a 7/5 hour day. Keywork system with regular meetings. Support with day to day activities as required.

£7.13pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Ground floor fully accessible to average motability scooters.

House rules and tenure
Must engage with support plans. No alcohol or smoking. Excluded licence agreement.
Welcomed during day, no overnight guests.
