Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless families, couples with children, pregnant women (must be 16 weeks plus). Accept same sex couples. Must have local connection (unless fleeing violence).
Who we cannot help
People who have previously been banned from the project. Those who pose a significant risk to children and vulnerable adults.

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Housing Options Centre.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
11 full time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (5 families per worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed fortnightly. Staff provide support around benefits, life skills, education, training and employment. Family Support Team offers specialist service to families and children, including playschemes and creche.

£10.08pw (single), £19.95pw (double), £29.61pw (triple) required from residents receiving benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own rooms only. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Licence agreement.
In communal areas and guest room only between 10am-7.30pm. No overnight guests.
