Sex offenders. Arsonists. People with a history of serious violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency. Accept referrals direct from prison. Most referrals come from Stonepillow.
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID and benefit entitlements.

Support and accommodation
2 full time, 2 part time staff. Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (11 residents per keyworker), frequency of meetings varies. Support plans with agreed outcomes reviewed every 3 months.

£15pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
2 visitors per resident, in lounge and own room only, 9am-11pm daily. No overnight guests.
Bognor Regis train station - 5 minutes walk.
