Young homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs, Must be committed to programme of training, education and independent living. Local connection to Blackburn with Darwen preferred.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, Schedule 1 offenders and people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Referrals only from Young People's Housing Team (16-18) and then Housing Needs (19-25).
Form completed by applicant and referral agency where applicable. Interview. Require proof of ID.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time support staff available Mon-Fri 8am-7pm. Security on-site at night. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every six months. Staff offer practical and emotional support and help with independent living skills. Ante and post natal groups run for young mothers.

£2.33pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Alcohol and smoking allowed in own flats, not in communal areas. Licence agreement.
Must be signed in. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Blackburn train station - 10 minutes walk.
