Single homeless people with support needs. Local connection preferred. Can accept people with dogs.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in for advice and assessment at St Martin Housing Trust's CAPS (homelessness advice and referrals) team. All applicants risk assessed.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
15 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system (4-6 residents per keyworker) with meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes covering life skills, education and training, and resettlement. All residents are expected to engage with resettlement support.

£31.00pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 2 direct access rooms fully accessible to wheelchair users. 1 direct access room has nurse call system.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed in direct access rooms or communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Resettlement residents only. In communal areas 7.30pm-9.30pm daily, other times by arrangement.
Norwich train station - 10 minutes walk. Buses 23, 24 from city centre.
