Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists and people with a history of Schedule 1 offences are subject to a risk assessment.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Housing Solutions Team on 0800 234 6007 24 hours a day. Require proof of ID and income. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 3 months
Support and accommodation
6 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Each client is allocated a choice coordinator. Monthly coaching meetings. Staff offer advice on benefits, employment and training and provide help with developing independent living skills.

£9.24pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in assessment and subsequent action planning. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
1 visitor noon-11pm weekdays, noon-midnight weekends. No overnight guests.
Woodside bus terminal - 3 minutes walk. Hamilton Square train station - 2 minutes walk.
