How to get a referral
Referrals are only accepted from Band 2 hostels via Brighton and Hove City Council Band 3 Co-ordinator, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Liaise with Brighton and Hove City Council Band 3 Co-ordinator about Band 3 criteria.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff available off-site and at office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff offer support around independent living skills, substance misuse, employment, education, budgeting, benefits and health.

Approx £10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Flats unfurnished except cooker and fridge.
- Disabled facilities: 4 flats are wheelchair accessible but have no specific adaptations.

Compulsory programme of support. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Shorthold tenancy agreement.
Visitors (including overnight) allowed.
