Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low-medium support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Intravenous drug users. May not accept people with a history of arson or violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in daily 7am-12 midnight. Forms also available via website. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time support workers 1 part time support worker, available 7am-12, sleep-in cover. On-call system in place for out of hours support. 3 residents per full time support worker. Staff provide support with benefits, developing independent living skills and employment and training advice. Regular resident house meetings are held.

£12.00pw is required from residents in receipt of benefits

- Other facilities: Lounge, computer room - 2 computers with internet, games room.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own rooms only. 9 month excluded licence agreement.
Must leave by 11pm. One overnight guest allowed with staff permission.
North Walsham train station Â? 10 minute walk. Bus X55 to Norwich city centre.
