Young single homeless people aged 16-21. Local connection to Bury required.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals only from Central Access Point.
Call in or phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency before interview. Require proof of ID, eg passport, NI card, and relevant background information from all involved agencies.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 7 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
5 full time staff on-site, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (1-2 residents per worker), weekly-fortnightly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide practical support around maintaining tenancy, debt, advocacy, advice and information, registering with GP and dentist. General emotional support, signposting to drug or alcohol agencies.

£3.60pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Must participate in keywork and residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed in communal areas. Smoking in own flats only. Licence agreement.
