Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people or those at risk of homelessness, including people with drug, alcohol or mental health problems. Applicants required to have a local connection to Bath and North East Somerset.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from any agency. 75% of bedspaces are used for local authority referrals.
Referrals to Bath & NE Somerset Gateway system only. Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form. Interview and risk assessment. Require proof of ID, references and background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (3-5 residents per keyworker), weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least every 3 months. Staff provide advice about housing and accessing other support services, and offer support with independent living skills, health & wellbeing, employment and training.

£10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
House rules. Alcohol and smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
2 named guests at one time. Overnight guests with staff permission up to 3 nights per week.
Bath train station - 20 minutes walk. Bus 13.
