Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs. Priority given to applicants.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and those with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Call in or phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat & Sun 2pm-5pm. Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Risk assessment completed by referral agency.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 8 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time staff on-site 8.30am-2am, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (2-3 residents per worker), weekly meetings. Support plans reviewed fortnightly. Staff give advice, support with living skills, and help around access to employment and volunteering. Life skills groups.

£6.45pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support and attend residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room and garden only. Licence agreement.
