Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single people aged 16-25 who are homeless and in need of support. Applicants must have a local connection to Bolton.
Who we cannot help
People with cautions or convictions for arson or people with pending or active convictions for sex offences. People with high dependency drug problems. People with high support needs (unless additional support package is in place).

Referral agencies
Only accept agency referrals.
Referral procedure
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview. Require background information from referral agency and references.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
5 staff, available Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. key worker system, with weekly keywork meetings. Support plan drawn up during initial assessment, regular reviews. Staff offer counselling and support with welfare rights, training and employment, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and other life skills. Varies according to service. Seven services offering intensive to low support packages, all tailored to meet young persons' requirements. We have twice weekly residents groups in the Drop In which provides leisure, educational and other activities. We use this and other meetings to engage and consult with young people.
