Who do we help?
Single homeless people including those with mental health problems, learning difficulties and dependency problems. Accept ex-offenders and those on bail conditions. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.
Who we cannot help
Those under the influence of alcohol, non-prescription drugs or solvents at time of admission.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency in the local area.
Phone in advance 24 hours a day or call in 8am-8pm, first come, first served basis. Risk assessment before admission. Admission and housing benefit forms filled in on arrival. Require proof of ID and National Insurance number.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 12 weeks
- Maximum stay: 12 weeks
Support and accommodation
4 staff. Staff provide advice, counselling and independent living skills training.

£4.06pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory residents' meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Peterborough Train Station - within 2 miles; Peterborough Bus Station – within 2 miles; Bus Stop – within 200 metres
Household good, Money (Cheques), Food perishables and non-perishables.
