Single homeless people aged from 18 with low to medium support needs.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency. Most referrals come from West Lindsey Council.
Phone Mon-Fri for application form. Informal interview. Decision reached within a week after allocations meeting. Require proof of ID, eg passport, driver's licence, birth certificate, photo ID, NHS card. Internal risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3-6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 2 part time staff on site Mon-Fri 8am-10pm, Sat-Sun 10am-1pm, waking night cover till 1am then emergency on-call system. Keywork system (5 residents per key worker), monthly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff advice on training, employment, health, alcohol and drugs. Internal Life skills qualifications. Compulsory Addaction and Connexions support.

£7.67pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasin, fridge and freezer.

- Disabled facilities: 1 room accessible to people using wheelchairs.
- Other facilities: Lounge, music/computer rooms, gym.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Until 9.30pm on weekdays, 12 midnight at weekends. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Market Rasen train station - 10 minutes walk.
