Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including people with drug or alcohol problems, mental health problems or ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to Blackpool.
Who we cannot help

How to get a referral
All referrals come from Homeless Action Team Single Point of Access at South King Street council offices.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 2 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 day time staff plus 1 member of staff on shift each night providing waking cover, 2 volunteers. Keywork system, contact with support worker on a daily basis. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice and support with budgeting, life skills, training and accessing other services.

£28pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
In communal areas only. No under 16s. No overnight guests.
Blackpool North train station and bus station - 10 minutes walk.
