Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 18. No local connection required. Applicants must be willing to engage with the support on offer.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Many referrals come from Connexions, Youth Offending Team, Social Services, Housing Options and other hostels in Liverpool in MainStay scheme.
Write, phone or call in daily 9am-5pm. Interview. If appropriate, placed on MainStay system - see www.mainstayliverpool.org.uk
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time, 7 relief staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly or fortnightly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes. Staff offer support around independent living skills, identity, race and self development, accessing training, education and employment and liaison with specialist agencies.

£8.18pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: Flat adapted for a wheelchair user. Lift. Disabled parking bay.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage with support and help with daily cleaning of kitchen. No alcohol allowed. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
1 per resident between 3pm-9.45pm Mon-Fri, maximum 2 from 9am-5pm Sat-Sun. No overnight guests.
