Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless and unemployed young people aged 17-30 who "want to make a change in their life". Priority is given to those with a local connection to Wiltshire.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders, arsonists and those with a history of extreme violence.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. Application form. Interview. Require ID. Require additional information as appropriate, eg details of any mental health assessments and probation orders.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 1 year
Support and accommodation
8 full time and 10 part time staff plus volunteers, available Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Sat-Sun 7.30am-11pm, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (10 residents per worker), daily meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Help with education, living skills and confidence building. Daily programme of support to help residents develop the skills needed "to acquire work and keep it".

£36-£46pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Compulsory programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in outside shelter only. Licence agreement.
By prior arrangement in communal areas only. No overnight guests.
Trowbridge train station - 3 minutes walk. Bus 49.
